After moving to Florida in 2014, Joey began cooking at the age of fourteen in local restaurants and found his passion for the kitchen. While completing high school, Joey furthered his career at Kensington Country Club and Grey Oaks Country Club where he began working for Chef Chris and Chef Paul at the age of 16. Starting work at Naples Lakes Country Club in 2022 he has assisted in the opening and operation of Arnie’s Cabana. When not working Joey enjoys rock climbing and playing the guitar.
